Eric Blaz, a licensed Michigan builder and owner of All Phaze Construction, Inc., a Michigan corporation, has an extensive background in residential building, commercial construction and land development.

We have been in business since 1988 starting as a renovation company. The company grew to form a roofing company in addition to residential renovations and commercial build outs.

In the 90’s, we progressed to high-end custom residential building, land and subdivision development, plus multi-unit condo and commercial projects. In addition to our building and renovation abilities, we also have established a concrete company which includes poured walls, flatwork, and trenching services.
