Our approach to the construction process focuses on four major phases, the Design Phase, the Bid phase, the Construction phase, and the Closeout/Warranty phase.

Design Phaze

The objective of the Design Phaze is to develop a well defined and explicit set of construction documents. This process establishes a common frame of reference for communications between all team members and ensures that the project meets the owner's expectations and budget. A combination of our knowledge and experience, input from our material resources, and subcontractor feedback provides a foundation of information to the entire team that ensures timely and sound decisions.

Bid Phaze

The objective of the Bid Phaze is to determine the most accurate final estimate of job cost. Extensive solicitation and screening of bidders from multiple sources is completed. Each bid is analyzed for accuracy in quantity, scope of work, timing, schedule and sufficient manpower for execution. The result of all this is qualified subcontractors who will provide a quality product at competitive costs in a timely execution.

Construction Phaze

The objective of the Construction Phaze is to get the project done on time and on budget. This is accomplished using two strategies. Our management team is continuously and thoroughly communicating with owners, architects, engineers, civil officials, subcontractors, and material suppliers utilizing the latest in information technology and management systems. That, along with plain old people skills, hard work, attention to detail and common sense ensures compliance with drawings, specifications, licensing and permit requirements. It also keeps our projects within budgets and schedules. Our supervisory team is continuously managing, monitoring and documenting all on site construction activities for compliance with quality control and subcontract requirements, scheduling logistics and adherence to progress schedules.

Close Out/Warrenty Phaze

The objective of the Close Out/Warranty Phaze is the transfer of the project to the owner. This phase includes developing and executing punch lists, achieving substantial completion, finalizing project costs, transferring project ownership to the owner, organizing maintenance manuals, ensuring proper building start-ups and operation, responding to owner questions and concerns, and providing timely resolution to warranty items.
